PazManager.. C++ project other etc..

hello BDO guys
today i got downloaded someone (reddit) bdo's Visual studio c++ project Source files with many stuffs.
The first thing that came to my eyes was PazManager
It has a file replacement function. I think that mean 'replaceable with no Client File error' ( aka replace editted Datasheet.bexel file )
(*meta injector doesn't work)

It has been released a long time ago I believe.
+ some tools don't work on other clients than Korean ones.
