The extracted files from that exe should be 2 folders and 1 ini file.
folders: ads
bin 64
ini: service.ini
put those 3 files in your full BDO client which you should have first

Also you guys can ignore the launcher ShadowDesert. Doesn't need use it, because this is the launcher from hes old server

There is only one way to do it right away:
Create a googledrive account then increase the capacity(cuz there are only 15gb for free) and copy it.

the ODO project was over 3 Gb
you can set it in gameserver/bin/gameserver.bat file. modify "-Xmx35096m" in the set DEFAULT_JVM_OPTS= line for the max memory you want to allocate
