i am stuck on "now processing screen", how can i fix?

done with restart server :) but now new problem, i cannot accept 1.st starting screen quest :(

Total time of recorded IO for the host 192.168.1.36: 12.969 s. Note that there are some socket read patterns with high duration reads that we consider to be normal and are therefore excluded. Such patterns include JMX RMI communication and MQ series.

On this version marketplace doesn't exist. it's central market now, you will need basically fix it if you want have it working..
When trying to open db with navicat (when trying to make GM level 3) Port 27017 Password 12345 ID I can't connect as root. Please tell me how to connect.
