To fix blackspirit 1st quest you can do like this
1.Try to make some quest finish
2.exit game
3.Go to player database
4.look for your player id -->quests-->clearedQuestList
5.go to some quest index and edit
questGroup to 21001
quest id to 1
6.back to the game and done now you finish 1st quest

After I test this for a week , I still found some bugs , example
1.Can't create guild , clan
2.Can't change house from storage to resident
3.Stuck in many quest eg. 1st quest , 50 lvl quest
4.Can't collect money more than 99M

Here is what you need to play through the first quest series(ID 21001).

replace each file with original server file after you backup or rename it.
Confirmed utill Veilia town.

Why is that?
It’s either because it’s too much or that your computer/machine doesn’t have enough to support it.

missing npcs must be inserted in regionclientdata.xml
I didn't play long enough, so I don't know any other missing NPCs.
I'll check it and add more soon.

Hello everyone in that same chain of missions there is a mission that you have to deliver to an NPC at the node that is next to the camp but the NPC does not leave the mission is called The Isolated Supply Route .. how can I do so that the NPC do spawn?
