Extract SPP-BDO

Copy Server Folder to Drive C:

JAVA Setup
Go To :
Computer > Properties > Advance System Setting > Environment Variable > System Variable > New > Variable name: JAVA_HOME > Variable value: C\Server\Java

Your Server Ready To Go
Open Your C:\Server
Run > 1-Database

Run > 3-GameServer

DONE with Server

STEP-CLIENT
Extract OgreFest Client to C:

Extract XC

Paste XC Folder to C:\Black Desert Online Ogrefest\bin64\xc\na (exact like this)

Now Go Back To Extract BDO Server Files Repack > SPP-BDO > Copy : Service, Start32, Start64 to Client Folder (exact like this)

If You Run on 32 > Start32
If You Run on 64 > Start64

That’s it you READY TO PLAY

For 1 - 5 player i used i5 Proc + 8 Gb Ram

more than 5 player DONT TRY THIS SPEC, u need more high spec

i have 8 gb ram but only dual core processor overclocked at 4ghz

Nevermind I figured it out >.< needed to have the whole server file in C: now having issue where I just crash the moment I get to the part of the tutorial quest where you go to grab the first health pot. I hit R and boom crash >.<

So I have noticed that a few people myself included seem to crash from the tutorial quest. For me it happens when I got to grab the first health pot your character ever gets. Tried remaking character and a few suggested fixes but nothing seems to help at all. Anyone have a fix for this that words for sure? Linked server and client logs below. Only thing I can see on the server side is it repeats that an item is missing in relation to alchemy.

I'm getting a small issue thats more related to the client than the server probably but whenever I attempt to connect to an IP other than 127.0.0.1, my game doesn't open and a box pops up stating "The file is corrupted. If it persists, please run file-recovery from the launcher." I've tried redownloading the game client twice now and have tried deleting the Black Desert folders in My Documents and AppData. Anyone know a solution?

First of all thank you for opening such a generous thread.

My question is what specs do you need to run the server for lets say 100 concurrent users? Does it scale with CPU or RAM? I got a couple of HP dual xeon servers lying around I might put to test, but want to know if you already ran any kind of benchmark tests before I do that.

I'm using a 4-core processor and 60 gigabytes of RAM! When the server no problem holding 70 people at a time!
