[2100 KR] How to enable remaster effects?

I was poking around the files of 2100 (the korean build with dreighan) and noticed that it had the fxo files for remaster in them. I've tried a couple of things, but it mostly ends up doing nothing or corrupting my game to be a completely black screen or not launching at all. If anyone knows how to enable these please let me know.
