Alive, Black Desert Online Server Emulator?

Are there any active server emulators? I know there was Open Desert Project, but that is pretty much dead as the site just redirects to the GITHub which hasn't been updated in a while.
I know ogrefest exists, but they probably are using their own emulator, and it's probably not public.
I just wanna play the game with my friend without Microtransaction BS and just by ourselves.
