Altering Energy Gain

I'm currently trying to find anywhere in the server that controls how much Energy you receive per tick, how often the tick is, or how much you get from doing non-energy draining quests. I've checked through the config files and the SQLITE3 bin but I can't seem to find anything that references energy gain. Anyone have any luck finding it?

Normally the regeneration of energy points is 1 point every 3 minutes while online and 3 energy every 3 minutes when resting in cash shop bed.

Include the calculation with Kamasylve Buff.

Blessing of Kamasylve add 2 more point in recovery so with Blessing of Kamasylve:
- Passive regeneration: 3 every 3 minute
- resting in cash shop bed: 5 every 3minutes
