can't interact stuck at tutorial

has anyone have solution to this ? stuck at supply box



i can interact with other npcs (like flute boy but can't accept the quest could be lag no lag against mobs but there could be with interaction) but not with the supply box

same issue for me.
i can the quest mark position is in the middle of a booth
and i can get there to have the pop up show to complete the beginer tutorial

Does anybody know how to fix this.
