Datasheets.bexcel_server and extraction

Does anyone know where to get clean Datasheet.bexcel_server and how to extract it to xlsx/xlsm for the server to use?

Docs mention a Ocean_Release_x64_xb.exe tool, does anyone have this?

Theres a doc part of the python tools with nova files that talked about the bexcel and bss. Could you share these tools with us please?

I didn't see Ocean_Release_x64.exe in either of the NovaServer mirrors I downloaded. Where did you get yours?

anyone know how to edit bss files, i found meta injector would update those files into paz, maybe we should mod bss files and make a client update
