Game Client Stops Processing prior to Character Selection

Title pretty much describes the issue. I was looking for a Discord that I could join and speak with someone, I'm an IT so this stuff is not new to me, it shouldn't be too difficult to suss out (I've successfully run many servers in the past and currently am running other game servers at the time of this post). Here's a picture of what happens (I hope this isn't tiny):

Essentially, the background graphics of the ship sailing freezes, and then the window becomes all faded white - resembling a Windows task that has stopped responding.

• Confirmed on MongoDB Compass that the DB is actively making changes from the gameserver and loginserver processes, so I believe everything is configured properly.
• Confirmed that I am able to successfully launch the client without issues, as it wasn't before, and I troubleshot the nature of this issue (credentials, resolved).
• Confirmed that the system is using all the default settings, with regards to the instructions, by performing a fresh installation and only changing what was instructed.

If anyone with knowledge on the setup of the server would be willing to speak with me or help me, I'd really appreciate it! I have a Discord also, if there isn't one for me to join for this type of discussion.
