[Help] NPC's don't notice you and when the do, they don't attack more than once.

Good Evening.

I wanna start by saying that I have implemented this fix :

I've given the server access to 9 gigs of ram and 4 cores, running in a VPS that I am currently renting. When testing on different accounts (ranging from normal user to GM) the NPC's rarley even notice the player. Is it an issue of RAM access? CPU power? The VPS is running Windows Server 2012 R2. Affinity is set to high and all the pools have been set to 255.

I have now applied that fix, the damage seems to be "on-par". But the mods still don't attack you back properly. It seems to be an issue of where they spawn, or maybe more like they don't spawn in the server where they do on the client, if that makes any sense.
