[help] Server setup on linux ( ubuntu ) os

Hi. I got latest server files from discord and all runs pretty goot on windows os.
I noticed there is .sh files in server folders along with .bat files for windows.
Can some1 plz help with some tutorial how to start server on linux os, couse i got Error: Could not find or load main class com.bdoemu.login.LoginServer ( and main server with world ) when trying. Seems like needs to install some kind of additional packeges for linux, or change paths, or something ... ?
Need this couse server uses about 11gb of ram and i wanna set server to my ubuntu machine on home lan.
