Problem with connection from client

Hey, I have a problem...I start the client and I press the "Start" button to start the game... and he give me "Failed Connection" why?
I want to mention that I try to connect with client from another computer... i have the server on dedicated server.

I give him 20 euro if he can make the server run well :)
