[SOLVED] Cant complete Quest (Western Guard Camp)

Cant complete "Western Guard Camp" where you supposed to meet Jamie .

I found him, talk to him , I press complete and nothing happen.

I use "FINAL BLACK DESSERT EMU 491"




Edit : SOLVED
turns out, i edited my contribution point too high which causes the contribution point from completing quest cannot be added into my char. Reducing my char contribution point using mongodb fixed it.
