Warning! You are restricted area. How to solve this?

There are some regions of the map that I can't access, I can teleport there normally, but I can't move and the message keeps appearing "warning! You are restricted area. You will automatically escape the area in moment".
How do I solve this and be able to walk in these redions normally?
This happens in Kamasylvia, I can access it from other servers but not from this one.
You can try to open the locals going to localizatingoptions.properties and enabling the region id. If you tryied to open it on .properties and didn't work, try to open the place on region_tables on sqlite3 too.Originally Posted by 9400490

For you know the region id you can type: .loc or /loc or //loc
on chat, and it will show you the region id where you are
What do I have to change in "localizatingoptions.properties" I already went there and added the ID "705" in everything that seemed more obvious.AccessibleRegionGroupKey, OpenedConditionGroupKey, OpenedItemGroupKey, OpenedCharacterGroupKey, OpenedExchangeGroupKey , OpenedQuestGroupKey ,OpenedMentalCardGroupKey, OpenedTitleGroupKey and OpenedContentsGroupKey.It's the location and nothing, I've even tried the ones from another server, nothing.

In the Database I went to Regions_Table and I don't know what to change.In Asseblie Area is 1
