Is there a patch to make the cutscenes english?

Everything is translated to english but the cutscene subtitles, is it possible to translate them?

it stored in text folder in your extracted local.dat
so u need to take the subtitle from na than apply it to your local.dat

Yeah, but if you feel uncomfortable with TextPad, or it doesn't work for you there are programs where you can add ready subtitles or even make your own. For example Subtitle Workshop or Movavi Video Suite (https://www.movavi.com/learning-portal/best-free-video-editing-software.html). I have also used handbrake once and it worked pretty well.
