how to edit GameData_GARENA.zip in server D:\service\GameDaemon01\data? i want edit weapon atack power, but its decrypted!!

On 2017 server files some quest scripts are missing that can be taken from the 2020 data and with a bit more of effort new maps/instances can be added to 2017 client.
