step 1:
open you php.ini and puty this:

extension=php_sqlsrv_74_ts_x64.dll
extension=php_pdo_sqlsrv_74_ts_x64.dll

step 2:
puty this ddl in: php/ext

open config.php in you gm folder (files php)

#GM config
$quid = 'vip';
$GMSQM = "any ACCOUNT"; # 授权码 GM操作密码 不能和GMCode 设置成一样的密码
$GMCode = "any PASS"; # GM码 用户登录

into account, you put any account that will be your GM ACCOUNT
in the password, put any password
