08 server says hacking attempt when trying to survival?

i just added the survival mode type "6" to my channel rule or whatever and i opened my game and clicked survival and it said a hacking attempt has happened or whatever, anyone know how to enable survival in 08 client without this happening?

You can't just add a few XML files and expect Survival to work. Survival was released in 2009. It's not available in the 2008 files.

ohh i thought it was released in the 08 files, i have the repack and it has the survival files in there so i thought it would work, thanks!
