1st. wrong section.
2nd. there is no importer, you have to either import it with blender and import that into 3ds max or you have to rip the 3d model using a 3d ripper.

Hello, Hell Sniper can you contribute me Physique man and could explain how the animacione of eq_wd_xox weapons, eq_wl_xox, eq_wr_xox etc to make new guns and katanas animations works.
Rig your models yourself instead of asking for premade stuff, it will teach you way more than copy pasting.
As for the weapon animation, gunz has weapon dummies in the base model that any weapon related animation uses for the basis.
If you were to add a new weapon class you would have to add the new weapon dummy to the base (man-parts00/woman-parts01) and then do your animations and export each move seperately.
It will be possible you can make me a little video of explanation only as add weapom.
