No, there is no elu importer for 3ds max.
Because theres simply no reason for it to be done by maiet.
If you want a importer plugin, write it yourself, or ask someone who writes 3ds max plugins.
Otherwise just import your crap with blender, export as -for example- wavefront obj and import that into max.
