999 ping

guyzz help neded.... i have 1 match server and clan server.... but any 1 of them works..i cant get both of them working.... but now i have MS working and clanserver geting 999 ping..

ive been stuck on the same problem for quite a while now, only solutions I've heard is if you have a ded, get multiple ips and put the 2nd matchserver on the 2nd ip...
