Whenever me and my friend log on onto our server we can talk in the lobby but when we go into the same game we both have 999 ping to eachother it does this with all the players of my server how can i fix this?

Port forwarded on both PCs and the Server?

Maybe try downloading a 'Runnable' Launcher that might probably work.
Search it somewhere in the 'Release Section'
Maybe, Auto-update your server on the way using 'Xaio's Runnable Launcher'

Agent Error is caused by a problem with someones packets, not how it is ran
I got that same problem.
The fix: Go to your matchserver
Check your ip's
And then look at the monitor ip
It has to be the default ip or you get 999.
Monitorip="127.0.0.1"
