999 Ping?

Ok, i portforwared all this stuff, me and my friend can connect(without hamachi) he is not at my house.. he is at his house. But when me and him goes to a room and try to fight his ping hit 999 every time, and never will go away.. I changed server.ini to:

And edited MatchServer.exe and changed 270 ip to my wan ip, and it still shows it, and every thing is running to.. MatchAgent, Locator, and Matchserver.. Please help!

I just now notice it only works with hamachi :D lmao.. doesnt work if u try to port forward then host on computer, if i do hamachi it works just fine and no 999 ping ftw!!! :D WOOOOOO, but still hamachi is a fukin fag and stupid.. help me u nerds

You probaly port forwarded the wrong ports take a look, at
my guide on how to setup ur server locally, then on the bottom
of the post, you'll find the right ports,
