999 ping and tcp error

2 days ago i made a server but i made a new site and since i got the new site i get the 999 ping and tcp error but idk if its really the site because with my other site i had no problems since i got the new site i got it

coud it be the site that gives me the error?

i configured this 192.168.178.11 thats good?


3 days ago it worked perfectly and i installed a new website and since the new website i got the problem


and i tried other web and other servers but still the same:S please help me out
