Maybe you should look into the screenshot once more. It's a uGrade 0 that is not ready. Should be normal for that right? If the Administrator isn't ready , it shows some weird characters followed by question marks.
And it's 'because'

Check your runnable using assembly for any calls that are referenced to the Charname.

but the picture shows the name of the character.
%s is a string parameter; it is the name of the character.

take a closer look at the picture, it does show the characters name.
