About LegacyGamers MRS encryption

Hi guys, im needing some help with the Legacy custom encryption. I was using the default LegacyGamers encryption since i noticed that some informed guys already knows how to unpack the system.mrs. So ive used ThievingSix's MRS File Viewer (thanks to him =P) to build a new MRS with another encryption code. So, now im having some problems about changing the encryption code in the runnable, so it would know how to open the file. I dunno if the LegacyGamers runnable is encrypted or something, and if it would be just an HEX editing or it will need to be something like ASM. Thanks xP

Well someone did and i'm also using it...it has alot of ways to encrypt the mrs like custom,mrs zip etc

I have downloaded the MRS File Viewer in your official release post and the pack is working perfectly, it is version 1.4.5 =P.

Yeah, ive read something about ASM editing the mrs.exe and the runnable, but everybody says that ThievingSix's way is the best way thats why im trying to know if someone can help me. =D

ya.. but why?,, it is making the mrs but not correct, but what is not correct in it?

I think is everything correct. At least for me, i packed the mrs with no errors. I rebember that i tryied to pack an MRS with the ThievingSix's MRS Viewer some time ago and it was giving me error, but now, it is misteriously working ^^

Gunz never read the mrs files that were created by the released version that included packing.

Well yeah i wondered why didn't gunz start up after i packed the mrs...if you will make a newer version of it...include and option to make an mrs without an encryption :P but anyway it's unpacking wonderfully so i'm still using it ^^

EDIT:...Doesn't the encryption tut help you (in tutorial section ofc) or legacy gamers runnable is different somehow?

Well, i really suck at ASM, so i was trying to understand the Legacy Encryption method but might i start with something easier. Thx for the help anyway xP

The tut I posted is easy if you follow the pictures step by step..
