is there other way how to port forward with out router ?

in my opinion the other solution is:

1. buy a VPS.
2. use the not advisable HAMACHI.
3. Buy a Router.

after adding port and i check it via port forward checker but still not work

your isp modem may have it's on set-up I dunno but I do know it is suggested you add the programs it'self to the exception list for windows firewall
