adding map

i tried to adding some maps to my gunz server i edited chanelrule.xml in match server and system and map.xml and i put the map.mrs file in the maps folder when i go into the game i see the map its loading and when its comes to the end i gets dced please help me btw: i dont sure i edit right in the map.xml because every things there is diffrent so i didnt know what to do please help me thanks :) <3

did you add them to the source.... there's a tutorial on here somewhere folks, there's no need for the dozen or so new map threads that are on here. i don't mind helping but the fact there's so many when there's tutorials screams laziness.

no ididnt i add to the chanelrule map.xmp in matchserver to the maps folder iaddes the decompiled mrs file and edit in system what i need to edit in the source where to go

just search for MMATCH_MAP in the source it'll take you there.

remember always that you need to add them in the channelrule.xml and + map.xml and the server files in shortcut, you should add them in both client side and server side ..

As tannous said, don't forget to do it serversided, then restart matchserver.exe

thank you very much every one but i have another prob my visual studio net 2003 crush every time i pick some file some one can post here any download for 64bit thank you and there is any other way i can edit those files ?
