Anyways as for enabling them, you get GunZold.exe (I have no idea where my one is, so don't bother asking) find where they are in the client and replicate them.
Though you need to re-do how the server reads the commands and has them work. Which, we don't have so you'd have to code that from scratch.
In short, more work then its worth.

/gt commands are disabled, and if you were to recreate it using the original Gunz method, you will find out that you will need to recreate calls, and if that call points to something that does not exist, you will need to recreate it, and so on.
