use the newest of Emisand v3! It should work..

You could just edit it so that some functions are only avaible to admins, shouldnt be that much work.

Noob - Cant make ppl admin cant delete clans

Its not that hard LOL! in the Functions.php or something there you see the Ranks for login's :P Edit it for normal users or only developers or w/e u want :P U can easely edit the Menu in the index.php ;)
in the release section emisad released his v3 it's nice, super easy to setup and it reads account info from the database so you dont have to setup accounts for people to sign in the panel

Just make a function that checks wether its you or some other guy. And then GIve him the availble options there are left :)
