Agent Error @ Gunz online

My frind made a new Gunz server and we tried to play , but we both get
message "Agent Error:agent not available" and then ping goes up to 999.
So we cant see other charactors except own one.
she tried to fix again and again but still not good.

I think its because of the NAT but when we connect to the LegacyGamers server, we could play it normally.

what do we need to do with this problem.
If somebody knows please tell me.

i dont know im usin hamachi and my ports is closed XD

hamachi always works even with closed ports

I get AE too, exept for pservers with hamachi (which I cant find -.-)

Just use Hamachi is the best solution, and we use also hamachi, and it works fine!

Not everyone will need to log into the network on hamachi to play right??

but if i am hosting a server which i am and i want to play it on a PC on teh same router (so obversly i can't port forward to both pc's) and connect to teh network that the server is on with hamachi and put in the servers ip should i be able to connect....

i don't reali understand how Hamachi works. Tryed and faild sooooooo maney times even for playing Star Wars Empire At war on LAN lol
