All anti virus sofeware detects my launcher and runnable as a virus

You could crypt it with your own private STUB. to make it FUD(This is a very hacky-way to go about it), but since it's a false positive you could always email the AV developers.

Or maybe it really is infected, in which case... use new ones?

I had that to with it but since a year with Windows 7 with Windows' anti-virus I never have any problems.

I suggest you let is scan online and take a virusscanner wich dont detect the files as virus. Or you could takr Microsoft security extentials or something, dont know the exact name of it.

I guess yout antivirus detect the files as a trojan right?
If true, just add launcher and runnable to exceptions.

you have infected your entire system have fun I personally would wipe it all and watch what I download until I have a proper anti-virus if I was you
