idk heard it was useless a couple times, plus a couple sites said it was for a undeveloped game mode.

/admin_switch_laddergame 1 is useful for tournament rooms since it would disable people from kicking others.

What does /admin_reload_hash do?
Also, the stored procedure for reset hacking block is missing.
