Hmmm, other than XZeonon's and Gz112's ACPs, I want an acp that works perfect with lots of functions. Last time I downloaded one that could edit the acc, char, clans, exp rates, and much more. It access the sql with just the host, id, pass. Gz1122's ACP could connect but very little function. I don't think it's in this forum cuz I looked all over for it..
If anyone owns one or has seen one, pls tell me.. Thx

What extra functions do you want? Else just use ms management studio xD
Emisand Admin Panel is good. It is coded it PHP form.
You can code your own depending on your preferences.
