Animated textures

How do you make animated textures for gunz,
how do you apply them to gtk radient, weapons or models, or armor textures?
or do i just use gif files, i have none nor do i know how to make gif files

There is no way of using Animated Textures/Materials.
The animations are all done with the ani (for example the fire places,the lights @ snow town etc.)
We are unable to do our own ani's till phantom appears and gives us a newer version of the import and export script.
