Annoying, slow confirming.

It only happens one time, for every time you login.
Say, I create a new character, it will take approximately 10 seconds for it to complete.
Or, if I buy/equip a weapon, it will take about 10 seconds for it to complete.
It only happens on localhost (127.0.0.1).
Is anyone else experiencing this?
