Buy Game Guard or NoX or lambda's anti cheat. You have to buy it or learn C++ and make your own
NOX is not an anticheat program
You can make you anti hack too.
Eitherway n0x source was leaked, don't pay for it.

NoX was the worst sources I've even stumbled across for an "anti-cheat". (lol)
Scan for "memory changes" or "DLL Injection".
You can easily find dll injection sources from google, and then you can patch. Most of these injectors rely on fancy windows gui's and more options, but not the method of which one would use to inject a dll. hint.
