hi all wanted to know if there is any program to create some jjang for gunz jjang editor

it is in the sfx.mrs. decompile it with a decompiler/compiler.
use photoshop. I believe it is in .tga so you dont need a .dds plugin

Use photoshop with the dds plugin form nvidia
sing up at the adobe site there you can download
the free 30 day trail version.
