What the Hell? Never seen this... But you said when you press F9, did you try to use the F9 command to show HP/AP? If so idk I'm just spitballing here but you may have done something wrong when getting the F9 Command to work. Not sure if you used a DLL, or injected it or what so I can't tell much more than that.
That runnable seems to be a developer runnable.

Hmm, I know what GunZ is this. They emulated a GunZ 1.5 without using Bunny and Hare. I don't know their file sources but yeah.

Yeah, that's definitely a developer runnable. Normally used to find the XYZ positions for making login animations.
That is a developer runnable, but it definitely does not look like the old one made in 2005.
Where did you get it from?
What is the purpose of that codes in the screen?

That screenie is from EliteKingdoms - Private Servers - EliteKingdoms.com, they had a GunZ server before. But now, they are devin a new one. They have GunZ 1.5 stuff.
