Anyone can make an Anti-Cheat for this Cheat Engine?

Anyone can help me with this Cheat? They called it 'nova pasta'.
Yes, it is a Cheat Engine, a single file, just like compressed Files and Folder. And after running the application file, the program has no name.
The file has no virus. I've already scanned it in AVG, Avast & Norton Anti Virus.
There were also 2 dll files there, but I don't know how to use it using Cheat Engine.
I need C++ Code to block this cheat. Please help. I need your help.
