Applying new outfits to the game...help

I just made my own staff jacket. Now I need help on putting it into the game. What files do I need to edit to put my new staff jacket into the game. I don't it to be in the shop because I only want the staff to wear the jacket so I'll just enter in the item number into the players' accounts in the database.

After replacing the item texture and compiling the man/woman.mrs, just add the ItemID to your equipment or inventory in the DB.

But if you want to put as a "new item" (only new texture), You need to change somethings in your man.mrs and woman.mrs like new meshnames and man**.xml woman***.xml
