Ok. I got all the files in the right spot, I renamed theduel.exe to Gunz.exe like it says, and then I ran ZPatchBuilder, it said it succeeded, and then when I went to go run my gunzlauncher it said that Error thing about the [TIP]Turn firewall off [TIP] Try again later, and my firewall is off.

according to the log,it says it cant download patch.xml. Delete patch.xml in patch.xml

Open up the patch.xml, and delete "patch.xml" from the list? Or what.
