I figured this problem out.
you edited the patch.xml in the c:\wamp\www\gunzweb\GunzUpdate\
wrong.
Dont look for your exact problem, try looking at Thieving Six forum, where he posted the download
for ZPatchBuilder.exe.
Some others might have had the same problem.
