Well I don't use my PC to host the Patch Files. I host them on an external site.

Assuming you didn't hex edit the directory, you need to make sure
your whole client is copied in the right direction, i recommand using
xampp it gives me no problems at all (never) even ijji web works great.

Make sure, you made a patch and place it in the same folder!
