Auto-Update launcher problem.

Hi people, i'm trying to get my Launhcer Auto-Updating.
But the problem is extremely strange:
The launhcer updates when i put it all alone on the desktop but when i put it in my GunZ folder, it hangs on "Analyzing Patch Info..."

EDIT: After hanging, it works. But it loads extremely slow, it is on all pc's which were used to test (6 pc's). (Vista mostly)

EDIT2: The Patchlog is to see below. As you can see, it updates in 2 seconds. But the launhcer keeps saying "Analyzing patch info..." for like 10 minutes!

EDIT3: It only fucks on Vista. XP is fine. I tried to run as Administrator and Windows XP Service Pack 2

So, extremely weird right? Anyway, i could use some help over here.
