Ok well i have a web host from bighosted.com and i want to know if autoupdater will work if i use that to host the files.

It SHOULD work, but I can't get mine working on my own computer, but yeah, just change the launcher to say www.yourwebsite.com/gunzweb/update or w/e.
It will work as long as you edit the right fields.
