Well maybe if you turn off your antivirus program but i think exist a lot of better antivirus programs than Avast really a hate it.

Just change it to "Turn off permantly"
Or "Turn off to the next restart"

And sometimes is a virus and avast dont find them is simple. i have this problems before sometimes but nothing to worry about it.
