he means he cant see them in the shop. Make sure there is avatars in ur zitem and shop.xml also make sure you have the new ELU format that qer123 posted above

You don't need the reversed elu format to see the avatar. You only need the reversed elu format to see the NEW avatar items / items.

Try to check the item code of your avatar at the zitem.xml, then search for iscashitem. Check if the value is true or false... Make sure the value is false.
Check zitem for both client and server side. also the elus.
everything is false both zitem.xml of the files and the client, and other files get 1.5 if I get the avatar
